No there are no liens and back taxes. If there still happens to be back taxes, we will pay it off before selling the property.
What can you tell me about the property?
All our properties are free and clear and ready to be sold and transfer title to buyer.
Are there any hidden fees when buying land from you?
No hidden fees at all. We are transparent with the annual property taxes and possible HoA fees.
How do I apply for owner financing?
There is absolutely no credit check, so everyone is qualified. The down payment and terms depend on the property.
Can I visit the property before purchasing?
You can absolutely visit the property and we highly encourage you to do so.
Can I raise crops or animals on the property?
This is a case-by-case basis. Depends on the zoning and its regulations on the property
How do I plan a site visit?
We ensure that you are given the correct directions to the property. We are always available to navigate you to the property.
